How to get Youtube High Definition [HD] or Youtube High Quality [HQ]?

Hint: Both of this videos are encoded using VBR instead of CBR. Applies on both video and audio!
If you noticed short video clips with weird titles on my channel, its a test video to test youtube requirement.

YOUTUBE HIGH DEFINITION [HD]
Requirements
1. Resolution : 1280×720
2. Video Bitrate : Above 1000kbps
3. FPS [Frame Rate Per Second] : 24 FPS or above
Video Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0RTXvMt0AI
Video Example #2: First AudioSurf Video [7554kbps – Took Youtube 2 hours to convert into HD]

YOUTUBE HIGH QUALITY [HQ]
*Note: Youtube will shrink its resolution to 640×360. But it looks high quality without &fmt=18*
Requirements
1. Resolution : 1280×720
2. Video Bitrate : Below 1000kbps
3. FPS [Frame Rate Per Second] : 24 FPS or above
Video Example: CasualCollective The Space Game Infinite Energy Cheat
Video Example #2: Death vs Monstars boss walkthrough

Tips to get high quality with less kbps on VBR
1. More fps increases kbps. 24 fps is the minimum.
2. More motion in video increases kbps. Less motion is better!
3. Decrease video quality [sharpness]
4. Use less color in video. Black rocks!
*I’ll add more when I could recall them*
5. Slow down your video instead of speeding up.
6. Have more black filling up the extra spaces that the video does not need.
