How to unlock all towers and reach level 86 easily?
Well this method wouldn’t last till wave 100 and above, but I can guarantee that this will help you unlock all towers by yourself if you do not want to use the .SOL above to unlock them.
0. Watch the video above! It’s the walkthrough to unlock most of the towers.
1. First, start with the beginner map and use easy mode.
2. Build 1 Dart Monkey (basic tower)
3. Gain a few career ranks to obtain Tack Shooter. (The Exp Bar below)
4. Build Tack Shooter.
5. Gain a few career ranks to obtain Bomb Tower (The Exp Bar below)
Note: The most important towers are Tack Shooter, Bomb Tower, Super Monkey.
Tack Shooter and Super Monkey are used to clear those black bloons (bomb immune)
Bomb Tower destroys all bloons easily including Lead and Frozen Bloons.
You can survive till wave 70 with only those towers alone!
6. Keep building more and more of those towers and build Banana Farm to earn more money.
7. Use the Ice Tower to slow those bloons.
8. Use Mortar Tower at non-strategic places and set their target near the entrance.
9. If you wish to go above wave 100 easily, read the walkthrough below.
Ayumilove Ultimate Bloons 4 Strategy
Note: The screenshot below is basically my strategy, using lots and lots of Monkey Apprentice (those monkeys with white magician outfit). They are much more useful and powerful compare to Super Monkey. I tried Super Monkey and I could barely keep up with those MOAB (Massive Ordnance Air Blimp) and BFB (Big Flying Blimp)
To reach high level on Bloons Tower Defense 4 Hard Map 1, you need to invest on Banana Plantation in the early stages. Below are the video tutorials on how to achieve the above. Enjoy!
Track 6 (Expert) + Easy Mode
Playing on hard mode is impossible to not lose life unless you use premium upgrades (pay with Mochicoins, which is funded with real money = not so worth) Since this track is very short and splits into 4 track, easy mode would suit best for this to balance the game out (for non-premium players)

Red is the basic bloon.
Blue contains a Red.
Green contains a Blue.
Yellow contains a Green.
Pink contains a Yellow.
Camo contains 2 Pinks.
Black contains 2 Pinks.
White contains 2 Pinks.
Zebra contains a White and a Black.
Rainbow contains 2 Zebras.
Brown (ceramic) contains 2 Rainbows.
MOAB contains 4 Browns.
BFB contains 4 MOABs.

Bloons Tower Defense 4 : Buildings
Dart Monkey
Description: A monkey that shoots a single dart to pop a single balloon.
Prices: Easy:170 Medium:200 Hard:215
Upgrades:
-Piercing dart: Pops 2 balloons instead of 1.
-Long range darts: Increases range of monkey.
-Spike-o-pult: Turns into a spike-o-pult. Increases range and shoots a spike that goes across the screen, popping balloons.
-Triple shot: Increases range of monkey and spikes.
Dart Monkeys are average yes, but in BTD4 can now be upgraded to become a Spike-o-Pult. Place Spike-o-Pults at long strips of path and Dart Monkeys can pretty much go anyway. Places with two paths running along side each other help though. It’s final upgrade is a 3-way Spike-o-Pult.
Tack Shooter
Description: Shoots a volley of 8 darts with a short range. Best if used at corners and intersections.
Prices: Easy:305 Medium:360 Hard:390
Upgrades:
-Faster shooting: Shoots faster.
-Extra range: Increases range.
-Blade shooter: Shoots blades instead of tacks, blades have more range.
-Ring of fire: Increases range and shoots a wave of fire that pops everything.
Completely awesome for clearing lots of bloons and can upgrade incredibly well. It’s final upgrade is The Ring Of Fire, shooting fire; melting leads, browns, and blacks in an instance.
Boomerang Thrower
Description: Shoots a boomerang in a curve pattern.
Prices: Easy:340 Medium:400 Hard:430
Upgrades:
-Multi target: Boomerang will hit up to 7 balloons.
-Sonic boom: Boomerang will be able to pop frozen balloons.
-Glave thrower: Boomerang will hit up to 12 balloons.
-Lightsabre Thrower: Lightsabre slices through everything, popping up to 70 balloons.
Nice at corners. Pretty useless anywhere else, but the final upgrade, (Jedi, double-bladed lightsaber taking out 70 bloons at a time!) is pretty much used anywhere lots of bloons may crowd. Near a frost tower perhaps?
Bomb Tower
Description: Slow firing bomb that pops many balloons at once.
Prices: Easy:595 Medium:700 Hard:755
Upgrades:
-Bigger bombs: Shoots bigger bombs.
-Longer range: Increases range.
-Missile launcher: Increases range and fires missiles instead of bombs, missiles fly faster and further.
-MOAB mauler: Causes 10x more damage to MOAB’s and BFB’s
Powerful Tower that is commonly used to clear tons of bloons with just a single blow. However, its not effective against some bloons such as Black and Zebra.
Ice Tower
Description: Freezes balloons but has short range. Frozen balloons are immune to anything sharp.
Prices: Easy:325 Medium:380 Hard:410
Upgrades:
-Improved ice tower: Increases range and freeze time.
-Permafrost: Slows down balloons even after they thaw out.
-Snap freeze: Pops 1 layer of balloons and then freezes.
-Artic wind: Increases range and slows down balloons within its radius.
Really good, but heavily underused. Place these near lots of bombs, mortars and boomerangs. Keep them away from darts, tacks and buccaneers. Final upgrade is an amazingly powerful blizzard that slows any bloon near it by 66%!
Mortar
Description: Aims at a single spot anywhere on the map.
Prices: Easy:700 Medium:825 Hard:890
Upgrades:
-Greater accuracy: Increases accuracy of mortars.
-Rapid reload: Increases fire rate.
-Balloon buster: Smashes through 2 layers of balloons.
-Mortar battery: Shoots 3x faster.
Can be placed anywhere. By a few and have them concentrate on a certain spot, probably by the entrance. The final upgrade is a 3-way mortar. A few of them in a single place can rip apart bloons with ease.
Glue Gunner
Description: Shoots glue that slows down balloons.
Prices: Easy:255 Medium:300 Hard:325
Upgrades:
-Stickier glue: Glue lasts longer
-Glue soak: Glue goes through all the layers of balloons.
-Corrosive glue: Pops balloons every 2 seconds.
-Glue splatter: Glue splashes affecting up to 20 balloons.
Not amazing. Place these near the end or start of your map, but they aren’t really useful if you have lots of high damagers like mortars and missiles as they do more of a prolonged amount of damage rather than quick hits. The final upgrade is literally two pipes instead of one and you can soak 70 bloons at once.
Monkey Beacon
Description: Does not attack and provides boosts to the towers within its range.
Prices: Easy:850 Medium:1000 Hard:1080
Upgrades:
-Wider influence: Increases range.
-Jungle drums: Gives a boost to attack rate to towers within its range.
-Sonar beacon: Allows towers within its range to shoot camo balloons.
-Monkey storm: Gives the beacon a special attack that wipes out the whole screen, has a price and a cool down time.
Monkey Ace (Flying Tower)
Description: Flies above towers and the map in a figure 8 pattern, shoots a volley of 8 darts.
Prices: Easy:765 Medium:900 Hard:970
Upgrades:
-Pineapple express: Sometimes drops explosive pineapples on the map.
-Spy plane: Allows detection of camo balloons near the plane.
-Rapid fire: Shoots faster.
-Operation: Dart storm: Shoots twice as many darts.
Awesome. Get at least three of these asap as they really help. Their last upgrade is amazing. It fires out twice as many darts, twice as fast!
Monkey Buccaneer (Ship Tower)
Description: Can only be placed on water. Has a long range and shoots a single heavy dart.
Prices: Easy:510 Medium:600 Hard:650
Upgrades:
-Grapple shot: Adds a small volley of grapes to the shot.
-Crow’s nest: Allows detection of camo balloon within its radius.
-Longer cannons: Increases range.
-Battle ship: Shoots 3x faster.
Can only be placed on water. 
But they’re better than darts. 
They go through bloons so they’re pretty awesome. It’s final upgrade is awesome as well. It doubles its attack speed, which really reaps those bloons. Arrh!
Monkey Apprentice (Mage)
Description: Very flexible. Uses its old and new magic.
Prices: Easy:470 Medium:550 Hard:595
Upgrades:
-Intense magic: Pops 7 balloons instead of 2.
-Fireball: Throws a fireball that explodes on impact.
-Summon whirlwind: Causes a whirlwind that sends balloons back the map but thaws out and removes glue.
-Tempest tornado: Massive whirlwind that sends back balloons and pops up to 120.
Is annoying but fun to use. I put these near exits to hopefully stop them getting through with the whirlwind upgrade. It’s final upgrade is a tornado and it pops, pushes and slows bloons that get caught in it. Awesome.
Super Monkey
Description: Shoots super fast and has a big range.
Prices: Easy:3400 Medium:4000 Hard:4320
Upgrades:
-Super range: Greatly increase range.
-Laser vision: Can pop 2 balloons at once and frozen balloons.
-Plasma vision: Shoots twice as fast and destroys anything it touches.
-Sun god: Shoots 3 golden beams in a spread pattern obliterating everything.
AMAZING. It pierces, it shoots, it kills. Place these in the middle, with beacons around and watch the carnage. Final upgrade is Sun God. Freakin’ awesome! It can take on multiply MOABs at once and still not leak. Go on, try it. It fears no bloon!
Banana Farm
Description: Does not attack. Gives extra $100 at the end of each round. Very helpful.
Prices: Easy:850 Medium:1000 Hard:1080
Upgrades:
-More bananas: Gives 120 per round.
-Banana plantation: Gives 250 per round.
-Banana republic: Gives 500 per round.
-Banana research facility Gives 2000 per round.

The upgrades of Ace, Monkey Beacon, and Buccaneer allow nearby towers to hit Camo bloons.
Note: Camo is short for camouflage (hide from being seen by normal towers)
You can use tack or banana to blow those Camo bloons cover/identity.

Whoa, ayumilove. You’re the pro! In medium, the BFB can serve as a boss.
Camo bloons are weak to anything, but you need sonar beacons, spy planes, crow’s nest monkey buccaneers, other bloons, and/or the premium upgrade for monkey magicians to get them.

Any requests for the upcoming Bloons Tower Defense games? My requests: Orange Bloon (contains 1 pink), Purple bloon (Contains one orange), X-ray bloon (If popped, a shockwave and 2 purples come out and the shockwave shows which bloon’s child is which). Black, white, and camo bloons will contain 2 purples. Another Request: DBB (Destructive big bloon, contains 6 BFBs)
However, if an X-ray bloon pops near a red, the red will display nothing.

You have added an extra step in your figuring for how many bloons are in a BFB. You already listed the BFB at 1525 & then made another step with 6 BFBs in it. No such bloon exists. But if you count the number of hits it takes for each bloon, you get almost twice the number you have. Each ceramic (brown) bloon takes 9 hits to pop, each MOAB takes 182 hits & each BFB takes 637 hits. So for total hits, as opposed to total bloons, the total would be as follows:
Red: 1
Blue: 2 (1+1)
Green: 3 (1+2)
Yellow: 4 (1+3)
Pink: 5 (1+4)
Black: 11 (1+5×2)
White: 11 (1+5×2)
Zebra: 23 (1+11×2)
Rainbow: 47 (1+23×2)
Brown: 103 (9+47×2)
MOAB: 594 (182+103×4)
BFB: 3013 (637+594×4)
